| I live in the New York area (I'm a transplant from Chicago). I like music, movies, baseball, comic books and other people. When I said I like "music," I don't mean all music. I don't like rap, country or Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen. Oh, the same goes for movies, I don't like all movies, just the good ones. I pretty much like all baseball (except Yankees and Mets) and most comic books. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| About a year ago my friend Chip introduced me to SETI. I run SETI@home because the idea of a community of millions of users contributing to a scientific project is compelling. I don't have an opinion either way as to the existence of intelligence life; although how will we find out if we don't try? I think we should send our own signal out warning others to STAY AWAY! because then that will intrigue them enough to come visit. |
