Personal background |
Who am I...
I was assembled in the early 1973 and got released approx. 9 month later. Since then I live in Leipzig, Germany. I am working as a computational biochemist here at the university. Actually I am running simulations of biomolecules on our supercomputers. SETI@home is just a funny way to waste CPU time on our desktop computers. :-)
Interests...
I like meeting friends and talk about everything, going out to cinema or just RELAX@home.
Computer Descriptions...
Intel P4m-2000MHz, 256MB RAM
Intel Pentium-200 MHz, 128MB RAM
SGI indyo2 R5000 180Mhz, 356MB RAM |
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
Does E.T. exist?
Absolutely! If we would be alone in the whole universe - What a waste of space!
Will we find E.T.?
Yeah!
Why running SETI@home?
1. It´s a nice way to waste CPU time of our rare used desktop computers.
2. If we find E.T. we could finally use our computers for real CPU demanding computer games (which is another nice way to waste computational power...) |
