| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1) The universe is so large, i believe it is impossible for life not to exist. However I believe that we wont be finding it with todays technology, however, theres still a chance, so i'll keep on searching.
2) I don't believe that we should send out signals for other to find. If other hostile civiliasations exist, we're shooting ourself in the foot. But if we do send out a beacon, it should be pictures and sounds of earth, and how to find us.
3) I run Seti@home because i like the idea of contributing to the cause of finding our neighbors. |
