My name is Phillip (Phil for short). I am a 23 year-old systems admin geek type person. My out-of-date resume is viewable online at: http://www.routerlord.com, I just took a job in March 2003 working on the Data Center Operations Team at Rackspace Managed Hosting. Right now I have 3 boxes running seti@home: a p3 733 with 128 MB (SDRAM) of RAM running FreeBSD 4.7-STABLE; an AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1.4 Ghz with 1 GB (DDR) of RAM running Gentoo Linux kernel version 2.4.20; and another AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1.4 Ghz with 1 GB (SDRAM) of RAM running Windows XP Professional (this is my wife's PC).
I am planning on taking some of these various computers I have and making a Mosix cluster just to run my seti@home clients. Soon, I hope.
