Hi ! I'm from Tampa Florida. I do computer security work for a living. I recently moved to the Tampa Bay area and enjoy it very much. It is great to be a part of the SETI program.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think that we should send a beacon with the comment: Caution - Head Hunters.
approach slowly and seek the SETI folks for contact.
I run SETI to assist in my little way the project. I think it is great that so many people all over the world have joined this effort. It should make us think about creating more projects like this - all those computers looking for something to do in their spare time contain a wealth of power which should be used for worthwhile endeavors like SETI.
