My name is Christoph but almost all of my friends call me "Woegi" (abbriefiation of my surname) but I am definately not ET (although I'm coming from Austria/Europe - as anyone mixes it up with Australia *g*).
Born in 1973 in the picturesque area of Bregenz on the Lake of Constance I was in the lucky position to have all possibilities related to my personal interests close at hand... The worlds most famous skiing areas less than 1 hours drive away from home and in summer warm and sunny weather and a beautiful lake (swimming/relaxing) just within "walking/biking distance".
Having had all those experiences during school and business school I felt quiet well prepared for future life...
Nowadays I am working as an Organisation Manager and Marketing&Sales-Controller in a luxury company producing tights and bodywear (you probably heard of www.wolford.com) - a job that really challanges and motivates me permanently.
All my life I have been very much interested in all physics and astronomy - it is a scary and at the same time exciting feeling to imaging how big the universe is and how small we and our problems are...

Is there extraterrestrial life...?
YES, definately!
As assumptions are that only in our galaxy (Milky Way) there should exist about 1 Million planets where we could exist... - and who dares to say ET-life is identical to ours?
Will we find it...?
Well, one day probably (if our species manages to survive that long...)
Will "they" find us...?
Probably by chance - we are not the center of the universe!
Risks...?
There are some, no doubt. Worst case: they are hostile and intend to invade/exploit/extinguish our species.
Chances...?
The once-in-time chance to unite mankind and get rid of all these wars, conflicts, poverty etc.
Imagine what we could do to the benefit of all of us with their technology (they must have posession of if they are able to communicate/travel with/to us)! |
