I'm Joseph, from Uganda. I've loved computers my entire life. I first heard about this amazing project only recently (what a shame!) and I've now joined :). I'm soon going to have a masters degree in networks and distributed systems (in Algeria). Yay!
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think there is intelligent life out there. I'd like for us to find it, soon. The way this project is implemented is really ingenious, I love it. It's amazing how much power is wasted by PCs doing nothing. At least mine is now contributing towards something positive.
