Can anybody paraphrase what's actually happening here (as in explain to to someone who doesn't quite understand WHAT information has been leaked, and WHY this is such a major deal)? Post: Just a word of advice to anyone crunching the "old" way.....I finally decided to take a look at the optimized apps (look at the sticky on top of this category....optimized apps read only something something). My crunching times are WAY lower now. I'm actually pretty upset I hadn't done this a long time ago....I'd say I'm crunching at 200% speed of what I was before. Take a look. It was real easy for me and now both me and SETI@home are reaping the benefits. |

I think it would be incredible, but it seems to me that it wouldn't be that easy to do, or to get Sony to allow. I'm pretty sure there would have been some financial incentive for Sony involved in the Folding@home thing..... |
