The main download page still has version 7.2.42 for my Linux Mint. (PLEASE keep in mind that I'm not computer literate at all, so I *beg* you to please keep the technobabble to a minimum. My techie friends never have Windows discs handy, so they first gave me Ubuntu, then Linux Mint, which has complicated my life immensely.)

My BOINC manager has shown no progress for longer than a month. The only way I've tried to remedy this is by asking the tech staff via this thread. Makes me wonder why nobody asked me to clarify until I got cranky about it. Was everybody just willing me telepathically? I'm not logging in remotely. Don't know what the BOINCCMD tool is, but I've clicked on that link. For host and password, do I use my computer name and password, or my username and password for this site? Don't know how to be more eloquent about something I know virtually nothing about. As I said, I'm not computer literate.

CP has been stuck at 9.419% and SETI at 98.183% for at least the last week. Should I be worried? I should probably add that I have just gotten a new desktop that runs Ubuntu Mint.
