Finally i decided to get away from Classic to S@H BOINC... but... well, i activated my Classic account, downloaded the software and there i am..
I started BOINC and typed in the setiboinc url which i found in the forum and typed in my ID as well... but, though it is accepted on the webpage i cant log in at the project...
may someone here tell a totally confused old S@Her how to do work with BOINC ?
The URL has been changed to http://setiathome.berkeley.edu. Are you using the right ID, the BOINC ID is about 32 digits long. It may just be a server problem though. Try again later and check proxy/firewall settings to make sure BOINC is not being blocked.
