Hi, In the past i have been running the seti at home project on multiple pc's under one email address. I have now set up BOINC on my main machine and it is running fine. When trying to set up BOINC on my other machines on the LAN they come up an error. The account details are correct but it says there is and account error. Is this due to a server problem or is it due to the BOINC project being more secure? Shaggy |

Could you please describe more detailed what you have done or want to do and what happend then (error messages?). As I know, there is no problem to use BOINC on different hosts with the same account. Only install, enter URL and ID and be happy (if the servers are running ;) ). And maybe it is better to post such questions in more related boards then in SETI@home science. There the threads are better to find by other users having the same problems. Greetings from Bremen/Germany Jens Seidler (TheBigJens) |
