How many posts? How high? How deep? What line?... All very good questions in one small but locally significant part of the world. And then separately there is the ongoing unsightly blight of old telephone poles and the tangled sloppy mess of old wires strung along them... Can we regulate against "cheap" and "mess"? Home after enduring/enjoying four aluminium tubes crammed with varying number of humans of various dimensions and odour levels, plus a couple of steel/glassfibre ones that were somewhat less crammed. The most expensive part of the journey (in terms of pounds/mile) were the last three miles which came in at over three pounds a mile, comfortably ahead of any of the other segments of the journey. Was the everlasting light bulb successfully changed at Pulrose without anyone noticing? ;-) Or was it a Superyacht that you were chasing??... ;-) ;-) See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

Plenty of sunshine here so far this morning, but some clouds are starting to float about as noon approaches. It's 20C (feels like 18C) ATM with 23C expected. Anyhow it's LLB time here now. Cheers. |

Hope you don't mind some of that sunshine bouncing off the moon to illuminate these parts? :-) See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

Go for it as our mostly sunny day turned very overcast for a few hours. ;-) I even pulled my wheelbarrow load of dirt'n'turf back in under cover (I'm almost sure that I heard my spine give a sigh of relief then). Cheers. |

Well, maybe, or maybe not, and there were super yachts involved (possibly). Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

Mosquitos! All of a sudden they have appeared en masse. I turned on my kitchen light and before you could say plasma half the sliding glass door was covered with a huge biomass of blood-thirsty bugs. The first time that has happened. Bring out the raid! |

We've been putting up with those pesky blighters for months here and we'll likely have them around for another month yet. :-( Well I didn't make it home last night, but early of a Sunday morning is close enough. :-D Cheers. |

Sunshine! Spring has sprung!! Good to enjoy a bit of a break for the afternoon, and a good brew :-) (Thankfully the mosquitoes are also sunning themselves rather than prowling... So far...)
