Crooked Donny is screwed. Further to what's reported there, it was a very strong unanimous decision, meaning Trump probably will not get the decision reversed if he appeals to the entire court. And it has been framed such that he can only get the trial scheduled for the 7th March delayed if he appeals to the Supreme Court, cutting out his chances of getting the trial delayed until after the election. |

Indeed so... And subsequently... It's game over for Trump: Appeals court uses SURPRISE TACTIC to prevent further Trump delay ... And the rest of the story to unfold is a Greek Tragedy. The question is only one of... How long? Only in the USA?... Martin See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

It also seems that Donny's even screwed himself. ROFLMFAO!!! Two New York laws are about to smack Trump in the face, no matter if he plans to appeal two massive civil judgments that could wipe out all the cash in his pocket. .....During a deposition with the New York Attorney General in April 2023, Trump boasted that he had $400 million in cash, bragging about how it’s “a lot for a developer.” But even if that were true, it likely won’t be enough to simultaneously cover last month’s $83 million verdict at his rape defamation trial—which he needs to immediately set aside to appeal that case—and the $370 million demanded by the AG for his incessant lying to banks.Show us your $'s Donny. |

Corrected: two massive civil judgments that could wipe out all the cash in his blind followers pocket. - He's already run out of his own cash so now has to rely on the charity of fools. Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

Corrected: The question is did he ever have any cash. Remember the man gives out Mickey Dee's to sports teams he invites to the Capitol. |

Good onya Nikki. Haley fires back at Trump for asking where her husband is. During a rally in South Carolina on Saturday, Donald Trump — who is rarely joined by his wife Melania for campaign events — made a low blow at his opponent Nikki Haley's personal life, and she didn't take long to respond.Meanwhile another stooge of Donny's is having his own problems as his fall guy decides to roll. Gaetz sex trafficking inquiry moves forward with witness cooperation. In early 2023, a federal investigation looking into claims that Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla. paid or illegally trafficked a 17-year-old girl for sexual purposes while he was serving in Congress seemed to have concluded, with the DOJ opting against any charges. But, with the cooperation of a key witness, the case is picking up again. He must not like being in the slammer. |

Ouch, but it could've been worse for delusional Donny. Judge fines Trump more than $350M, bars him from running businesses in N.Y. for three years. The judge who presided over a civil business fraud trial against Donald Trump on Friday ordered the former president, his sons, business associates and company to pay over $350 million in damages and temporarily limited their ability to do business in New York.Donny should think himself very lucky. |

Unless the continued determination of his followers proves this assumption wrong. |

And if he wants to appeal that then he's doing to have to front up at least $400+M. ROFLMFOA!!!!! |

But he has to find an insurance company willing to sign a bond for that. But that would cost him 10% of the total cost, which he won't get back, plus the interest which is expected to be >$100 million. So he's looking at a total bill of ~$600 million, which is about the same as the amount he has in cash according to Forbes. So Trump has to be looking at selling an asset or three, and that's before the lawyers fee's land on his desk. |

Lloyds in common with most insurers don't necessarily charge a fixed proportion of the possible lost (to them), but rather assess the possibility of having to pay out and charge according to the risk. It may be that they would see the risk of the appealing being lost, and thus they would be expected to payout the whole sum insured, plus their costs. Thus the premium may actually end up being more than the sum insured. "Ah Mr.T we've assessed that the probability of you loosing your appeal is 100%, so your premium is 500,000,000usd, with a withhold of 100,000,000usd". Which translates as "We don't want your business, but win or loose we'll have your money". Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

Lloyds may be willing to hold title to some of his properties in the event he loses. That can be extra sweet for them as in the perhaps decade the case moves up the chain of courts to SCOTUS those properties will appreciate. Rump would likely want to be able to exchange cash as he begs it from fools to get some or all of those titles back in the same time period. |

Well, U.S. presidential terms are limited to two consecutive terms. So Trump is going to start again at the first one, with an eight-year outlook? [EDIT to add:] This man appears to be in excellent health, although he is not known to eat healthy or take time to exercise. I wouldn't see driving a golf cart as a fitness exercise. |

... with an eight-year outlook?I don't think the word 'consecutive' should be in there. Two-Term Limit on Presidency (22nd amendment) is absolute - the only differences being that it wasn't retrospective, and someone who stepped up to fill a casual vacancy can ask for the full two terms afterwards. Neither applies to Trump. |

Donny is just bleeding dollars in more ways than 1 and a lot of it didn't even come out of his pockets. Trump Campaign Spent More Than It Raised, While PAC Helped on Legal Fees. So he needs more fools to stump up cash. Meanwhile is Donny's pet judge driving herself down the road to ruin like many of his lawyers have? Oh delusional Donny is so stupid. Trump Hands Jack Smith a Potential Gift. And he certainly hasn't learnt how to control that vile hated filled mouth of his. Trump Mocked After Promising 'Very Powerful Crime' in Washington, D.C.. Sounds like he's going to insight some more riots there, but he certainly does need your donations as I'm sure that he's worked by now that no company is willing to put up a bond for him. Trump Accused of Not Having the Cash To Pay $400M Bond. Not mention that. Trump May Not Be Allowed To Sell Property To Pay For Lawsuits. Well he'll have no power to try and over inflate their prices anyway as he'll have no control over those sales whatsoever if they do happen. And we all know how much Donny and Sucker love PooTin and how willing those moronic MAGA RINO's puppets are of following their leads. Jim Jordan Is in Deep Trouble. James Comer and Tucker Carlson aren't fooled by Russian lies — they're complicit. Anyhow I'm sure that there'll be more coming out from the crooked world of Donny's. |

Trump May Not Be Allowed To Sell Property To Pay For Lawsuits. So it's just a big poker game? At some point the others will want to see your cards. Showdown... This shouldn't worry an experienced gambler. So far he has always had the better hand. Not anymore? That's fate then. |
