His tax returns. A business man's attempts to cheat the IRS and fake his net worth is not 'hysteria' and is of a multi-partisan interest. No US citizen wants a president that's corrupt, right? So, yeah get ready for many months of this and the emoluments law suits that are up and coming. A man that lies about his father being born in Germany (Fred was born in the Bronx), is not going to have qualms about lying on his tax filings. |

Even giving him the benefit of the doubt and not assuming that he is actually doing something illegal, at least until there's hard evidence of it, he did state on record (in the 2016 campaign) that he would release his taxes when the routine audit was completed. He did not do this, so he either lied or broke his word... call it what one will but it is still a dishonesty. As two more sets of returns have been filed since then, that audit must have been completed. He also stated several times that he could not release them because he was under audit, even though the IRS went so far as to issue a contradictory statement that there is no restriction against releasing returns that are under audit. |

As two more sets of returns have been filed since then, that audit must have been completed. If the Tax returns are older than three years and still under audit, then we have to assume the IRS is still asking questions disputing his figures as the law says the audit has to be completed within three years of submission, unless there are outstanding answers. So either the Tax returns have cleared audit and he promised these would be available to us, or the IRS is not satisfied and he is a criminal. |

House Democrats give IRS hard deadline of April 23 to turn over Trump tax returns, say administration’s concerns ‘lack merit’ https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2019/04/13/house-democrats-give-irs-hard-deadline-april-turn-over-trump-tax-returns-say-administrations-concerns-lack-merit/?utm_term=.b93a2ac037ea House Democrats are giving the Trump administration a hard-deadline of April 23 to turn over President Trump’s tax returns, pushing back against Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin’s skepticism over their request for the presidents’ private records. |

All I did in that post is bring you breaking news, I couldn't even find it from any other source at that moment. Nothing in it says anything about my thoughts or beliefs and now you want to ask me questions about it. I suggest you address your questions to the authors, at the Washington Post, of the news not me. |

Now that the fake Trump/Russia collusion has apparently been shown for what it was. It's his taxes. As I futilely attempted to point out, this is not a "now" issue... he's been refusing to release his tax returns since 2016 on the campaign trail. All other recent presidents have done so. If he has nothing to hide, I don't know what he expects from this other than to look suspicious. He could easily put this suspicion to rest by simply releasing them (shades of long-form Obama birth certificate, anyone?) The labeling of this as "hysteria" has an interesting historical parallel: "hysteria", like "hysterectomy" is derived from the Latin "hustera" and Greek "husterikos"... womb. It was a fictitious disease ascribed to women so that when they got out of control, ie by demanding votes, equality and not being treated as property, they could be classed as insane and institutionalized (at one point there were twenty times as many women as men in Western mental hospitals.) How coincidental that again this term is being used to stifle and marginalize legitimate discussion. |

I suggest you address your questions to the authors, at the Washington Post, of the news not me. GOPers are a block, one GOPer speaks for all GOPers and they all do as that one GOPer tells them, and they believe that is universally true, like their other "universal truths" they know as facts. GOPers can't conceive of forming independent thoughts or take in facts to form opinion, only that which the one true GOPer says. Kind of like Kim leading DPRK. |

You are a hopeless case. Don't you realise that the bar to the left of a piece of text indicates a quote. If I am not quoting another post, then that is me indicating to you, that the quote is from the referenced article. Therefore if you have any questions about that quote, the ask the originator, https://www.washingtonpost.com/people/jeff-stein/?utm_term=.b013ffff9b51 jeffrey.stein@washpost.com edit] And if you follow the link, and compare the publication time with the time of my post, you can see that I posted about 10 mins after it was posted on the Washington Post website. |

How is he leaving? One way would be when the heat builds to unendurable levels, he could quietly load the whole Gump clan into a plane and resurface in Moscow as an international fugitive under the protection of Putin. Just sayin'. I do not fight fascists because I think I can win. I fight them because they are fascists. Chris Hedges A riot is the language of the unheard. -Martin Luther King, Jr. |

Trump, who I despise, is correctly laughing at his Democrat Party enemies and their Media. He is playing these unwitting enabler's of his re-election for the fools that they are.So you are saying that one half of America are fools & the other half are wise? |

Their apparent attempt to use their authority to influence an election and then remove a legally elected President may result in their criminal problems. Unfounded assertion in red. |

It was reported some time ago that traffic coming out of Russia connected to a server in Trump Tower, then why would the security services not be keeping a watch on the US end of the connection. That's what they are there for, that's what the fallout from 9/11, expects them to do. |
