Well, the time limit is here even though we don't have a lot of people entering.

No one said anything about a high crime area or a police version of "the club" or a cruiser not cruising.

The clear winner though is: Meter Maids 1, Police 0.

Okay time for some foolishness:

3rd: Admiral Gloval with: Disgruntled employee.
(I told you I'd collect that lunch money you borrowed)

2nd: KWSN THE Holy Hand Grenade! with: Honest, Sarge, I just stepped in to get some cash....
(to pay the parking tickets)

Our winner: Carlos with: Solution to keep the new police cars from blowing away in the wind.

PM going out PDQ, faster than that cruiser.

Even when that cruiser doesn't have the "Denver Boot"... (snicker)

I was told that the prior photo had been used before. So here is a new one.

Keeping with the raccoon theme.

Well we only have 7 but one of these is a clear winner. Now I just have to decide which one it is.

Is it the Admiral which his clever “Hi ho Tinfoil!” Or “His Hi Ho Silver Away”. Granted the two put together make sense.

Or could it be Lynn with “Raccoon says nicely to the horse.. giddyap!” Or “help me plz ? my junk is stuck in the horse”.

What about KWSN Holy Hand Grenade with his cryptic “Joaquin Miller rides again!” or “Is that the finale to the William Tell overture I hear in the distance?”

Finally what about Mr. Kevvy with a singular entry
“And where does a raccoon Lone Ranger ride?
♫♪ "To the dump, to the dump, to the dumpdumpdump..." ♫♪

So hard to call out the winner.
But I give third place to the Admiral for his double try with Hi Ho.
Kannigit gets second for his musical score.

And the winner is “to the dumpdumpdump…”

"How dare you put a tomato in front of me for a snack! You know I'm a carnivore!"

BTW, Joaquin Miller was a Zorro-like outlaw in the mid-1800's, primarily active in the Oakland and Berkeley area...
