Howdy, Linux Mint 18.3. I've had a few units from S@H that drag on and on. Most get done about 4 hours, but now I have one stuck at 99.999 percent with zero estimated time left, after 1 day and 22 hours. Why do these WUs get so slow to the point I am presuming a defective packet and am tempted to abort them Thanks, O and 1,592 Classic SETI! |

Howdy, Instead of aborting them, shut BoincMgr down and then restart it. They seem to "magically" disappear and apparently get counted towards your production :) I have no explanation for why they hang like that but sometimes they do. Not very often for me (so far, fingers crossed). Tom A proud member of the OFA (Old Farts Association). |

sometimes, especially with AP gpu tasks, the GPU stop crunching them and Stay at Idle temperature in TThrottle . but the crunching time continue to run ... when i set gpu sleep with right mouse clic on boinc taskbar icon and then disable it, the AP wu restart crunching ... |
