I have 18 jobs awaiting validation; the older one is from August 11th; 50 days seam quite a lot.
Is it 'normal' ?

A curiosity: one of these jobs, from September 1st, for SETI@home v8 v8.00 windows_intelx86, has elapsed about 11,300 secs. while the medium time for similar jobs is around 4,500 secs.
What a difference!

There is nothing unusual in having jobs sitting around for weeks, or even months awaiting validation. This is because the process requires two users to return their results and some people are far faster than others, and if the other person doesn't return in time the task gets sent out to someone else.
