Possibly some conflict with the driver. As luck would have it, one of my machines just started an AP and it is working normally using the latest driver from nVidia, here,

It takes my 750 Ti around 35 minutes on an AP, it should be showing up here in about 20 minutes, https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/result.php?resultid=6895025076
