I'm a lucky leprechaun & most of the money I use to bet with is either funds taken from the Lottery or the bookies. Only 25% of winnings are ever used, the other 75% always get banked :-)

One just has to weigh up the options. England are odds on for their next game. However England have a poor record against Sweden, so with odds of 7/2 put £50 on Sweden. If I lose, the bookies get some of their money back. If I win ... :-)

I think here we would call that odds 3.5, meaning that if you bet £50 you will get £177.50 if Sweden win.
If correct perhaps you should bet in Swedish betting offices instead.
The odds is now 5.0 which would mean you would win £250 instead!
Seems like we here in Sweden are more confident that England win then England is:)
