How do I reset the "Average processing rate" for all my applications?

I am only getting "SETI@home v8 8.05 windows_x86_64" with an
"Average processing rate 53.24 GFLOPS" but I suspect the
SETI@home v8 8.08 windows_x86_64 (alt) "Average processing rate 19.32 GFLOPS"
is an incorrect value for an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz [Family 6 Model 158 Stepping 9]
WITHOUT using the GPU. I have been sent only "SETI@home v8 8.05 windows_x86_64"
for the last 3 weeks.

I have "reset" the project and disconnected from the project.

Any idead appreciated

I'd suggest running the Lunatics installer (as per your other systems) & selecting AVX . Then it'd really crank out the work.
I suspect the only other option is aborting 8.05 WUs till you start getting some (alt) WUs (i'd wait for someone to confirm that though before doing it).

NB- if you set -sbs 1024 and -period_iterations_num 1 for your other dedicated crunchers, you'll get a lot more GPU work out of them.
And reserving a CPU core for each GPU WU would also improve CPU & GPU crunching times.
