You missed the humor. He said it go on the head. The head on your shoulders as opposed to another body part that is also sometime called a head, but located further down on the male body.

Oh......... Use a part of your body to give the drum a twirl/spin..... It can be used anywhere even with out electrical power. Might be handy in a 3rd-world country.
