Okay I'll take stab at it, he said one part goes on the shoulder so it must have movement. You missed the humor. He said it go on the head. The head on your shoulders as opposed to another body part that is also sometime called a head, but located further down on the male body. |

Oh......... Use a part of your body to give the drum a twirl/spin..... It can be used anywhere even with out electrical power. Might be handy in a 3rd-world country. |
