I just read that Dak Prescott will be Starting QB for the Cowboys today. I'm curious how he's doing there, guess I have to watch this game.

He did so well in the preseason that the Cowboys didn't look for anyone else after Romo got hurt.

I'm almost certain that if the Vikings threw 61 year old
Tommy Kramer into today's game ... he wouldn't be
any worse than Shaun Hill .... come on !

Hawks over Miami 12 to 10 on a late 4th quarter comeback. Ugly game.

When the defense scores 14 points, no problem.

Luckily, that was enough last Sunday )

I'm pretty sure the Vikes will need to generate
some offense to have any shot at beating the
Packers and\or Panthers (their next two opponents)

Now is the league going to do something about the hits to Mr. Newton?

http://www.upi.com/Sports_News/2016/09/14/NFL-Broncos-Darian-Stewart-Brandon-Marshall-fined-for-Cam-Newton-head-hits/4361473877799/?spt=rln&or=4
Denver Broncos safety Darian Stewart and linebacker Brandon Marshall were fined by the NFL on Wednesday for hits on Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton.

The fines came one day after the NFL's director of officiating, Dean Blandino, offered an explanation for Newton taking multiple helmet-to-helmet hits -- it's all about his posture.

Stewart was fined $18,231, sources told ESPN, for his helmet-to-helmet hit on Newton that came with just under 40 seconds remaining in the Broncos' 21-20 victory over the Panthers in last Thursday night's NFL season opener.

Stewart was called for roughing the passer, but Newton also was flagged for intentional grounding on the same play, meaning there were offsetting penalties.

Marshall's hit in the third quarter was not called a penalty, but he was fined $24,309 for impermissible use of a helmet, ESPN reported.

Jets beat the Bills 37-31. I run a Bills forum and the place is demoralized completely.

It's hard to have an offense with few bullets in your gun.
