I guess what I meant was that right now -use sleep is only on if the user manually turns it on. If the stock app had -use sleep turned on by default, sure it would impact the performance of the app, but would it solve the problem that many people are having with lags 1) -use_sleep is ON (more precisely, -use_sleep_ex 5 ) for low-end NV devices (CU num<=3) 2) where direct effect of -use_sleep on GUI lags was demonstrated? okay, i forgot that -use sleep was defaulted to on for low end NV gpus but if -use sleep were on for all NV gpus does that fix everyone's lag problems?(of course i assume that the app's performance would be reduced) |

okay, i forgot that -use sleep was defaulted to on for low end NV gpus . . Hi, . . On the subject of lag with SoG I am still getting annoying level of lag/stutter with these settings. . -use_sleep_ex 4 -sbs 384 -period_iterations_num 4 . . Any suggestions of which parameter I need to tweak and up or down? The -sbs value is as high as it will go on this card (GTX950) but I am not sure which setting of sleep or iterations would be the best. |

-period_iterations_num 4 I would increase that. |
