I would say that the most important thing is the number of wus per host per day. As far as I am aware it is widely regarded that HT enabled is the way to run a machine with HT ability. The number of wus per host per day with HT will be 25 - 30% more than with HT disabled. However the time per wu will be longer for the reasons explained further down this thread, L2 cache etc.. Well my experiment results are in. Since I can't switch it off, I did an experiment like I did with Seti Driver. I compared one process versus 2 processes and one unit ran in about 3 hours while 2 ran in 4 to 4:15. So basically, 2 processes run slower per process, however will yield more results per day, just like the old Seti. Either 8 per day or 12 per day.
