NY Times obit... Lori and I had the delight of seeing him perform his trademark role of Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof 5 years ago here at the Appleton Performing Arts Center. It turned out that it was the closing performance of the last run of the show he was going to do before he retired the role. Rest in Peace, dear Theodore, your talent shall be missed. I think his legacy as an entertainer and musician is well-preserved on recordings and You-Tube. As a human-rights activist, I hope so, but only history will judge that.
