Now I have another question?

Am I breaking any laws for finishing off a process that was started 2 Thor's days ago on a christian day?

BTW: I ran out of "cold" beer during the 3rd batch so I had to fall back on holy water that was bottled 4 Thor's days ago, so am I breaking another law by doing that?

I'm sure that Thor will forgive me anyway. :-D

Cheers.

Just the final filtering to finish off now before deciding on what essences are required to complete this job.

Plus my eldest daughter just told me that KFC will be here in 5hrs.

Cheers.

Got to enjoy a whole ham dinner Sunday with all the fixings, A family across the street made way to much food and brought it over.

even brought a glass of wine for us. :) I'm not much into wine but this one was good.

G'morning everyone, from down under in the highlands which are getting hot fast.

I was going to bottle beer today, but after mowing yesterday and the way the temp is going like a skyrocket I decided that Saturday will be a much better day to do that.

Cheers.

Well the only performing of quality control here today will be done after bottling and that will on a brew that I bottled over 6 months ago (in around 5hrs time). ;-)

Cheers.

At some point, I will be brewing my own, but not quite yet.
For now, I have Budweiser, or some Belgian Trappist Ales.

Beer sounds like an excellent idea.

I have to bottle tommorow.

Then I am certain, you need me to assist in quality control.....
Or at least I am hoping so....

I have tried to make my own beer.
That became a disaster.
No. Much easier going to a shop and buy them there.

Cheers:)

Maybe, but drinking your own beer is much more fun.
And with some help in the beginning its not very hard.

Thanks again to my friend Wiggo.

The first batch of bottles are lined up on the sink just waiting for the water to boil so I'm on a ciggy break. :-)

Eagle, in 1 of these Beer Drinkers Threads I gave Grant a lot of links for home brewing in the U.S. as it seems that you guys over there arn't allowed to use the easy process that Mike and I use. ;-)

Cheers.

Time for me and the bottles to cool down a bit (it might be 17C outside here, but it was 29C in the brewroom) before rinsing and priming them, then another short break before putting the holy water into the bottles (yes, it's Sunday here again). :-)

Cheers.
