No worries, Don....I am, however, considering doing 2 Relays next year. I have to think if I can handle two though. I put everything I have into the one I do. |

As long as you have enough time between them to recover. I ran 2-mile cross-country in high school. The 2nd day after a race was the worst for me. But that was 40+ years and 80 pounds ago.... For those interested I just got home from our Relay for Life event. It ran Noon-Midnight this year. I was there @ 10:30 to help setup and I stayed for the entire event for the first time. I am completely exhausted, both physically and emotionally. As a whole, the event raised $42,000+ this year. Our Team came in as #1 with over $10,000. Thank you all for the support! |
