Einstein got his Nobel prize for the photo-electric effect explanation.

A "black body" is a device invented by physicists. It emits at various frequencies (colors) when heated. It was the fact that the emissions had gaps in their spectra which led to the idea of energy orbits and allowable transitions of energy states of electrons. This also is part of the "Copenhagen Interpretation".

Quiz: is a black hole a black body?

Umm no , I say it's RED prove me wrong !

Hehehe.
On the other hand if the distance to a black hole are far they get redshifted...

"black body" invented by physicists?
Planck's radiation law in applied physics.

Tullio

actually, we don't know it's color...we might called it invisible body, 'cause light doesn't escape it!

but if u mean a "black body" like a "body from black matter", then a answer is NO! ;)

No Big Bang !!!!!! mmm sort of fits in with others but as for it being infinite not if Dark Energy or Matter has anything with the universe speeding up

And "Yes" you can make something out of nothing . It's done at Cern every time they start it up and collide things together

No u can't!

& btw, u put some electrons or protons inside a CERN tubes...& then u spin them near to velocity of light...& smash them together, so u get an energy blast of them colliding...
