Asatru is a religion! ÃsatrÃºarfÃ©lagiÃ° is an Icelandic national community of Asatru. The society was formed in 1972 and was approved as a national religious community in 1973. The community's founder and first AllsherjargoÃ°i (roughly "the whole people Trustee") was SveinbjÃ¶rn Beinteinsson. The society is open to all regardless of ethnicity. Under Icelandic law, however, people who do not have Icelandic citizenship have to reside on the Island for over 16 years to become a member of an Icelandic faiths. The community had 1395 members in 2009, and is the largest non-Christian religious community in Iceland. The society has purchased land near Perlan on Ã–skjuhlÃÃ° in Reykjavik and have built a modern court, that is a place of worship. OpiÃ° hÃºs SÃÃ°umÃºla. He He He. My GF is half Sami. One of her relatives had severe rheumatic pain. He went out in the forest and sat down on an anthill and let the ants bite him. It worked for him:) Hell Thor.
