The main part is clearly a bellows but the image is so small it's hard to see the other parts. Are the things along the top bottles or lenses?

Medical use, somewhat lower down the anatomy than the ear perchance?

I think we need a new picture. The file names says what it is. Before you post you need to change the file name to something like "Ha I caught you looking.jpg" Thank you Chris.
And I thought an enima was bad.

Is it a laser pointer to show precisely where to cut marble or granite?

I think Bill is right, but I will propose a name. A Masons square.

Well I guess close counts in more than horseshoes, hand grenades and atom bombs.

Here is something that I have used. Let's see who know what it is?

Celt, I am so sorry to have to inform you that it's not for a bris.
Gary, Ringer? No
Chris, Yes it holds something but I don't want to say thick or heavy because that would sort of be misleading. It holds something on something that is heavy, but the item it holds is not really heavy. Nor would I call it thick, but that's a judgement call. Hope that helps with your proposed answer.

Admiral: Nope, not for pots or any other cooking related use.
Chris: See above.
Zombu2: Not for pulling teeth nor nails, but it is horse and nail related.
Chris: Girl Guide? Boy Scouts out of hooves? Were you smoking the Admiral’s pot?
