Good morning Wiggo. I hope you are getting better soon Grant. It is much fun to brew your own beer. I like it very much. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

If storing a lot of bottles to build their age up Mike, you could always look into those 19L home keg systems (they hold the equivalent of 2 standard cases of beer here, which is 18L). My brother uses that system and has a fridge that takes 3 of these kegs with a tap and slop tray attached to the side of it. Cheers. |

I have no problem to store bottles Wiggo. I`m at 10 cases right now which is 200 litres. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

It was just a thought Mike, maybe someone else would be interested in that bit of info though. ;-) Storage here totals 320L for beer and 120L for ginger beer. Cheers. |

I`m thinking about doing some 5L kegs for the summer. Much easier for parties. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

ROFLMAO! How about we just run a tube from the slop tray to you just so that no one trips over you while you're laying on the floor Annie? (we can just sit you off to the side then) ;-) That reminds me, I should have another potential home brewer here tomorrow to watch me put a brew down and ask questions on the process and then back next weekend to watch the bottling process. Cheers. |

The legal minimum wage in the UK is £6.50/hour minimum wage I wish I had a magical wand to fix it all and everyone could be happy. I can't remember what the Star Trek people did for money. They didn't use it, did they? FINALLY!!! I've caught up on this thread!!! :-) You missed me by about 40 minutes, TL. I was in Krispy Kreme, getting some donuts when you posted. :~) The mind is a weird and mysterious place |
