Message 1581063 - Posted: 2 Oct 2014, 18:08:07 UTC - in response to Message 1580980.

Validators servers are back up and working but 293,358 now aproxx 2,000 more than 1:20 hrs ago so all not well in SETIland still no wonder i only got 7,000 so far should be 20,000 oh well time for bed then

The apparent only AP validator ap validate 4 has said running since yesterday, but the column on the left displaying the status is known to lie.

The Astropulse "awaiting validation" graphs still show a nearly-constant rate of increase, with no sign of anything reducing the pool.

Yeah the Astropulse Results & Astropulse Workunits graphs show the rise fairly clearly. The Astropulse Workunits graph is even showing workunits awaiting validation on the yearly graph now. Which is a rarity.

It looks like the last AP that sputtered through the validator for me is stamped "1 Oct 2014, 18:23:34 UTC". I think sometime after that the validator rolled over and went back to sleep.

Mmmmm, hundreds of pending tasks now that the AP validator caught Ebola. Pendings are like money in the bank, great stuff for the future :-)

They don't get better with age.

In this case, the patients are quickly turning into a bowl of veggie beef stew while the banksters bail-in his savings.

Not to mention their "racks" looking on with horror...

51,540Ëš and rising.

Those errors are associated with the new AP App in Lunatics 0.42 and the Older cards. Did you just update your App? You can cure it by going back to the Older AP App in Lunatics 0.42a.
It won't help your RAC though...

I wonder how long it will take for the staff to discover the AP validator is broken.

I just got a rash of validations on all three machines, but then the 'ap validate 4' lit up again and the validations stopped.
The AP Workunits waiting for validation dropped to 41,816...

BTW, for Failed "-226 (0xffffffffffffff1e) ERR_TOO_MANY_EXITS" see;

Umm, what constitutes "Older"? GT8800? GTX6XX? I still have GT9800s, a GTX214(PCI) and GTX250s...

If your GPU is having issues with the r2399 GPU app then you would want to revert back to the older app. Which is in the v0.42a package. Details can be found in the Lunatics Windows Installer v0.42 Release Notes thread.

Dunno...seems to be back to the way it was when it first became ill. One machine is getting validations while the other two aren't. The AP Workunits waiting for validation is back above 42k. Seems it worked for a spurt then flopped over again. My one machine still has AP Validation pending (374) · Valid (40)

Aye, it looks like I had ~100 get validated before it petered out again. :/

Perhaps someone is in house or is in via remote poking at things.

It looks like it hasn't completely gone OTL. Over the past hour my AP valid have gone from 130 to 147. That trickle could stop at any time I expect.
