Today I had one of my favorite meals. Weinerschnitzel:)
That with some beers. Wonderful.

Cheers.

I think American chicken fried steak is similar to Weinerschnitzel. Maybe not.

No. Not at all:)
You use veal for Weinerschnitzel.
You can also use pork (pig buttock) as a cheaper alternative.
No one can tell the difference.

In Sweden we also like capers and anchovy with Weinerschnitzel.
Fish and Meat? Yes, sounds crazy but it's delicous.
Yummie.

And of course. A lager with that and you are in heaven:)

EDIT
Found this:)

I have a quiz for you when you're enjoying a good beer.

Which football team is the best?
1 Arsenal FC
2 The Gunners
3 The team that played in Highbury London.
4 The team where Fredrik Ljungberg from Sweden used to play in.

The prize will be a link to an image of your favorite beer.
btw BUD is not beer.

Cheers.

2 answers and both wrong. They both choosed nr 5 which is a wrong answer.
Nevermind. Lets see if somebody else can give the right answer.
When answering state also your favorite beer so I can give you the link:)

Come to think about it.
Football is a game where you use the feets and kicking a round ball.
No hands.

Time to sleep.

Cheers

I'm not really an anchovy or caper man, but it looks good. I have some friends from The Netherlands who love a good Schnitzel, and they were quite disappointed with our chicken fried steak. :~(
