I now start to refer to RT News Timeline:( Tuesday, July 29 22:51 GMT: Andrey Purgin, deputy prime-minister of the self-proclaimed DPR said that he was able to "confirm our readiness to provide security of the Dutch and Australian experts", meanwhile commenting that Kiev was "dragging out the start of negotiations".
