Translation: all guerrilla warfare is a war crime. Guerrilla Warfare, jumping out from behind a hooch in mufti and ambushing then retreating into a civilian area. Is that any different than firing rockets from a school towards the enemy at noon recess and then going home but leaving the launcher to be used another day? Is it a crime to shoot at a rocket launcher in an open field? How about when it is at a school? Only when school isn't in session? How about if you don't know it is a school? Interesting to see how the UN knows 100% Hamas is committing war crimes, but is leaving doubt that Israel doing the same. Part of a war crime is state of mind. If you honestly think you are shooting at a military target, it isn't criminal. If you are using ammo that won't flatten several square blocks but only one building, it isn't a crime. If you aim isn't perfect it isn't a crime. If your intelligence is bad, it isn't a crime. Israel has some explaining to do, but they at least have left room for plausible deniability. |

God did not write the books attributed to him. Satan did, through his minions. And Satan's plan to have the people of God wage war on each other is blossoming to full glory. That, or puny human beings just cannot comprehend the motives and goals of God. Perhaps its just not such a good idea to project human contemporary morality on what appear to be beings from beyond our plane of existence. |

If you aim isn't perfect it isn't a crime. If your intelligence is bad, it isn't a crime. Israel has some explaining to do, but they at least have left room for plausible deniability. The thing is that I have a hard time believing for even a second that Israels intent is purely to hit Hamas soldiers. Again, 80% of the people they killed are not Hamas soldiers. If you are such a lousy shot, so imprecise with the way you explosives, while you have such an advanced army, I just don't buy it anymore that you 'only' intends to take out Hamas soldiers. Besides, the definition of war crimes goes a little further than this. Intent plays a part, but even if your intent is to only hurt enemy combatants, you can still commit war crimes. My Lai for example was a war crime, even though the soldiers burned the place down because they were hunting for enemy combatants. Their intent was good, the way they behaved however was not. Israel at this point is being so grossly inefficient and incompetent in only taking down the enemy combatants that what they do can be seen as war crimes. Of course, the UN would have to investigate and nothing will ever come of it because the US and Israel will reject the report as biased and unfair. |

Facebook has no morals! That right, blame the paper and ink manufacturers for what their product can produce. Destroy the press because it can print evil. Don't allow disk drives they can hold evil information. Your thinking is so, how do I put this, stone age. |

Facebook has no morals! They created the page so what does that say about Facebook? Stone age? Have you visited that Facebook page? Most of the "selfies" come from the US - probably a covert way to introduce porn. |

They created the page so what does that say about Facebook? It doesn't say that. That is not how Facebook works, anyone with access to the internet can create a Facebook page. Read the story " the man behind the page, Gavriel Beyo from Tel Aviv, told BBC Trending. "Historically soldiers looked at pictures of women before battle for encouragement and this is a version of that." |

They created the page so what does that say about Facebook? Fair point. However it still highlights their lack of morals. |

However it still highlights their lack of morals. So now you want to be the censor? The United States is a land of free speech. Nowhere is speech freer — not even here where we sedulously cultivate it even in its most repulsive form. |

However it still highlights their lack of morals. So you like 1984. Go talk to Mr. Snowden. <ed>Better yet, get your internet from behind the great firewall. |

However it still highlights their lack of morals. If your freedom is that free, just why are you Yanks ridiculing Snowden & want to put him behind bars? |
