I just ordered an ASRock Q1900-ITX to replace my aging MoDT Core 2 T7200 system. With a TDP of 10w I imagine the whole system will be running <25w under full load with 4 CPU & 1 iGPU task running.
I have been looking at 80-150w SFX & micro-ATX form factor supplies but none of them have been 80 Plus certified so far. I may end up using a PCIe x1 to x16 adapter & a sub 75w GPU later. Which is the only reason I'm looking at supplies over 100w.
Are these really hard to find or is no one worried about the efficiency of such low powered systems yet?

Not a low, low power psu, but a Seasonic SFX 300w that meets the 80+ requirement in the range you want
here. It's an older model that is still available at Newegg (~$40+sh) and there's an in-depth review here.

Supplies in the 300-450w range are easy enough to find.

However switching power supplies have minimum load requirements for them not to burn themselves out. Computer supplies typically have a protection circuit that simply switches them off when there is not enough load.

A very low powered system such as this at full power would be less than 10% load on a 300w supply, & closer to 1% on initial startup. Hence the reason for sub 150w supplies.

While a picoPSU is an option. I would rather not have a to use a brick type supply since I'm sticking this in a pretty standard case.
