I searched the web because of a specially car part.
I found an online shop which have it: kbcarstuff.com.
It looks like it's a canadian online shop.
I sent an E-Mail to: info at kbcarstuff dot com.

But I got an E-Mail with:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of
its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address
failed:

"info at kbcarstuff dot com":
domain has no valid mail exchangers

What's up with this online shop?
I have no experiences with non-EU online shops.
It's a trustful online shop with this certificates on the front page?
But, what does it mean with this not valid E-Mail address?
Maybe it's just a fake online shop for to grab credit card infos?

What you mean?

Thanks.

I hate to ask the obvious, but did you actually use the correct email address, and you're only putting in the non-spam friendly address here for us? Or did you actually use "info at kbcarstuff dot com" ? Because I just sent an email to the correct email address and did not receive the error message you did.

Yes, of course, I used the correctly written E-Mail address .. ;-)

I sent it from a web.de E-Mail account.

For a few minutes I sent again the same E-Mail from a web.de also gmx.de account to:
info at kbcarstuff dot com
and
customerservice at kbcarstuff dot com
- and I got the same error messages like I wrote above.

*confused*

Maybe my E-Mail services don't trust the E-Mail addresses of the shop or the shop don't trust my E-Mail services?

Thanks.

I've had this sort of problem in the past - where the recipient's email system is set up to send out no such address messages to non-local senders. A grade one pain in the nether region :-(

Possible work arounds: see if they have an ebay or amazon store, use a "throw-away" .com account, try one of the other addresses they give on the website (its not unknown for a wrong address to have been posted or linked on a website).

[edit #1] Just read your later post, you've tried the other addresses.
[edit #2] Another idea - can one of our American Setizens drop them a test message?

Thanks.

I gone to their website again and found a chat button.

I had a chat with an employee and he don't know why web.de and gmx.de can't reach them.
He recommended outlook or gmail service.

Later I'll open an outlook account and will send then from there an E-Mail .. for to test if I can reach them from there. ;-)

Like I said in my first message, I have no knowledge about the certificates on the front page of the online shop.
It's a trustful online shop?
You would buy there?

Thanks.

I did that in my first response to the thread. I did not receive any errors or bounce-back messages. ISP blocking or regional blocking may be in use, but I don't know how to confirm at the moment.

Seems to be a lot of tracking software on this site,
always a good place to beware of.....
