First, apologies for being late - I postponed the judging yesterday until noon, (to give everyone 24 hours...) then at noon, I forgot! Compounding the problem, I'm on the 'net late today, due to sleeping in. (I'm retired…)

On to the judging...

Dishonorable mention to Chris S for: "Car 57 to control, pedestrian about to walk into parked vehicle, request paramedic." Chris, the car's number is clearly visible as "7"... (Albany PD has never, TMK, had a car "57")

In third place, is Lynn with a song from the 60's:

In Second Place is Rob Smith with:

for the pun on "fishy"

in FIRST PLACE and next photo is Steve Meyer for:

For Lynn, and anyone else interested, what happened is that a car had violated the pedestrian's right-of-way, and Car 7 is off to give him/her a ticket... This photo (and most photos I post) is my own work...
