Okay, a hint: The bottoms have to be doused with diesel. The only people I know who do that are paving workers, so they can walk on fresh tar or asphalt without sticking. But I've never seen them do it on sissy little strap ons like that. They pour it serious heat resistant boots. |

Okay, a hint: The bottoms have to be doused with diesel. Bingo! Dead on! Yup, they put them on and level areas that their tools can't reach. The bottoms are lined with felt which they wet with diesel so the asphalt doesn't stick. PM to be sent... |
