I would put it on the turntable...LOL...that's what the source was at those times. Cue it up, put together my choice of amps and speakers at the time. Usually a C16 and a couple of Klipsch. Some unsuspecting customer would walk in, and I'd ask, are you looking for something special? If they would say no, I would just sit back and grin. If they would say yes, I would say, 'Well then, have a seat, please.' Then I would launch the first cut of George's first album. Full bore, on the best speakers I had on the board at the time. Most said....'Who the F was THAT???' Most others said 'I'll take a pair of whatever speakers those are.' And as George said, 'out the door they went'. Yup.
