One would half expect to see a coach, with driver in top-hat and tails, waiting at the front door. :oD |

Annie -- Please, don't grow on upper lip, a silken filter for every sip. Stay the way you really are. When you sip wine -- you're genuine. |

Henny-Penny Who will help me plant the seed? I will, said the robot. Who will weed the field? I will, said the robot. Who will help me harvest the crop? I will, said the robot. Who will help me bake the bread? I will, said the robot. Who will help me sell my bread? I will, said the robot. Who will buy my bread? I will, said the robot. * * jm 15 Sept. 2014 |

Evil, Nature's test Twisting hearts, tearing voids into space Goodness is gone, lost, with but a vague trace For the cost of lust, greed and power, we are devoured Feeding dust, mistrust, evils seeds, this be the final hour Scattered, enveloped, planted in minds to let the eyes see That man has been living illusion free Rise to greatness, everbody's granted Access, into freedom instead in life of the branded Chance is one, unity is purpose Army of all people, fighting the global circus Resist the whip, endure battle scars Accept healing so it can take away the iron bars We pass, but only if man understands the true meaning of we To achieve we, let these words be what the eyes see Cause the we shall conquer evil, it is the key Then nature will accept us, letting us truly live free This is the gamble, could end up wrong Don't let humanity sing a final lullaby song. Beautiful lyrics and music by Michel Sardou:) Les Lacs du Connemara Terre brûlée au vent.Land burned by wind Des landes de pierre Stone heaths Autour des lacs Around the lakes C'est pour les vivants It is, for the inhabitants Un peu d'enfer A little bit of hell Le Connemara Connemara Des nuages noirs Black clouds Qui viennent du nord Coming from the North Colorent la terre Colour the land Les lacs, les rivières Lakes and rivers C'est le décor That's the landscape Du Connemara. Autumn Color The past week has seen a rapid change, from green to red, orange, yellow, and, of course, brown. Warm days, and cool nights. Some showers, to quench the landscape's thirst. The most anticipated event, however, is the first frost. No more pesky bugs! Walks, that can be truly appreciated, at leisure. And, sound night's sleeping, with blankets over all. Autumn, with its color -- the best season of the year. * * jm 24 Sept. 2014 |

Something I posted here before, just felt like a bump:) A man A man walks, his shoulders moving to the beat of life's insanity. A man breathes, filling his lungs with the blank images of his past. A man looks, his eyes wide open to the event that we call life . A man dies, no air to waste, no one to escape to. A man, buried, no soul to be captured, no light to shine upon. A man, reborn, his feet hit the sidewalk of life. A man on fire, the blood in his veins belongs to the forces of nature. A man, alive, no memories or shadows to be hunted . A man loves, earning his wings, to fly without the burden of loneliness. JD (2013) rOZZ Music Pictures |

You might want to read, "Gilead", by Marilynne Robinson, Julie. "Lonesome Road", also by Ms. Robinson, is a write-up, in the latest New Yorker. Cheers, [/u] |

A Solitary Road A solitary road -- in between friendships. Friendships -- past, and present -- that sustain, during times on the empty road. Footfalls, heard only by the roadside crickets. Music, to the ears. * * jm 2 Oct. 2014 |
