OK. It is the galley of a Carrier (3000+ to feed). They had 8 or 10 of these for the 24 hour soup line.

We have 3 of those at the prison along with 4 tilt skillets to feed the 1500+ inmates.

OK for some this might not be that hard. Not sure. I have seen these in use when I was a child. But finding one today might not be easy. What is it?
