Ah sorry - that's the perspective - the item is round with a bite taken out.

No, not for draining burgers either (and I do larger burgers ;) ).

edit: the other side looks much the same, apart from being without fancy design.

It's not to drain something, not for a dessert and not to rest something on either.

Hint: I would only consider using it, if I don't have a microwave available.
