I have my Desktop (with 5 Projects) and my Notebook (Laptop) with only SETI@HOME. My query is, if both Comuters are Transferring Data to or from Project Server/s, at the same time, whether it be to the same Project or Different Projects, will either interfere with the Successful Completion of the other?

BOINC does the management for each computer independently of the others. This management allows each computer to run multiple tasks from multiple projects concurrently, with each project communicating with the correct project's servers.

All that magic is handled by the network routers between your PCs and the ones at the various projects.

No. Or better: not as long as that does not max out your internet connection to such extent, that you start to drop connections. But that should happen only on very slow connections (for example 3G throttled down to 64kbps or something like that). "Normal" broadband connections are capable of keeping hundreds of connections alive, just think of all the people using BitTorrent or something like that and surfing in the same time (current default value for max. connections in Firefox is 256). So no, those few connections to some project servers should not be an issue at your end.
