Is there an issue with the upload server? Most uploads are reporting "Project Backoff: 05:30:00"

9/23/2012 7:05:42 AM | | Internet access OK - project servers may be temporarily down.


This is on 4 'puters.

Especially the "Panic mode on (77) Server problems
