You have attached to Seti and received a work unit.

What does it do / what does it not do? Do you get any error message, does it just refuse to run? For help, more informations are needed.

Your PC has quite little memory, this might be a problem - can you check how much memory is free (Taskmanager can tell you that).

Why do you use SetiSpy? This is only for Seti@Home Classic.

What kind of Seti@home do you use? The BOINC one or the one from setiathome.berkeley.edu?

My best guess is that it is a rights issue. If you installed BOINC as administrator in the default directory (c:\program files\boinc) and are now trying to run it as a normal user, you will have trouble. You need to either run BOINC as a service, or add write rights for your user to the BOINC directory.
