and how hot is that in normal temperatures?

Er, excuse me Ma'am, I iz British I'll have you know, we can't be doing with this new fangled continental stuff. 80F (26C) is just about tolerable, 85F (29C) is too hot, 90F (32C) is intolerable. We have had 100F (37) and the hospitals get a tad over crowded.

A nice 72F (22C) suits me fine thank you very much!

(mumble mumble, youngsters today, I dunno, grumble ...)

Come to California where the record high is 134F. Then you learn how to live in heat.

Hot summer days, i remember back to when I was on the missile boat, making North Atlantic patrols. Often the water temperature at the seawater intakes was <25F, and we were wearing light coats in the engine room.

About 26.5C

That's not hot! That's nice and warm.

Remember the summer of 2004? THAT was hot. (yes I was in England at that time)

Over here we speak of a heatwave when it's over 30°C for more than 14 days.

...and over here in the UK we speak of a heatwave when in the kitchen mother opens
the oven to base the roast beef...

Well, my butane torch for cooking/soldering/melting candle wax is busted. Leaky valve as I've just discovered trying to refill it.

12503 is a valid Blackout on G48.
Hearing no others, we'll close the game,
pay 1 winner $100, and take a 5-minute break.
