Ubuntu - best way to force a switchover to GPU workunit?

After resolving my ISP issues that only affect the SETI@home Boinc client (by switching ISPs), I'm interesting in processing workunits on the GPU. What are the first steps that are recommend? I was processing GPU workunits before, but I reinstalled so many times trying to fix the ISP problem that I don't think I have any optimized clients left...
