When I try to install 7.0.25, or to reinstall the previous version, I get this error message during installation:

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Use source: C:\Windows\Downloaded Installations\{CB810A15-3AB3-4226-8A2F-CB486178CD6B}\

At this point I nothing I try resolves this error message.

I have tried re-downloading the installation package and restarting my computer, but that doesn't help. The same problem exists on my other computer too. Any ideas??
