	NK still apparently intend to develop and test nuclear weapons and have told the rest of the world to mind their own business. I wonder what China's view is?

	I would think China dosent like that kind of talk. After all they are just a stones throw across a wide river. I would think China would be a tad bit nervous if N.K. gets the bomb. Not that China would lose. But having an indrustrial center hit by a nuke could hurt them. ____________

And it will shape our future" Interesting final comment. I think there's every possibility that China will eventually overtake the USA. Any country that goes from spending 75% of it's yearly take on inwards investment, even if the majority of this is on military expenditure, down to as little as 10 - 20% is going to seriously retard it's future growth. Especially so where it's social spending cost has risen in opposition, from 15% of yearly take up to 66% and still rising then the USA has only to look at the UK to know where their going to finally end up.
